Susan Rowley, SPHR, CCP, NLP, is a dedicated people-first strategist with extensive expertise in learning and talent management. They have held key leadership roles, including as the Director of Learning & Development at Infrastructure Ontario and Global Employee Education at Venus Concept. With a strong foundation in organizational development established during their tenure as an Organizational Development Consultant at HOOPP, Susan continues to impact the field through their role as a judge with Chief Learning Officer magazine’s LearningElite program. They also contribute to academic and industry standards as a fractional director on the Human Resources Program Advisory Committee at Centennial College.
