Rui Calsaverini is currently the Vice President of Engineering at CELUS, where they lead a 30-member team focused on web platform development. Previously, they served as Director of Engineering at CELUS and held various roles including Software Engineering Lead and Head of Research and Development. Rui also worked as the Technology Manager at Raccoon Marketing Digital, managing a diverse team of developers and specialists. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade de São Paulo, an MBA in Business & IT from the Technical University of Munich, and a Técnico in Webdesign from Escola Microcamp.
