Mark R Matthews is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel for the Americas at Celeros Flow Technology since March 2020, Mark spearheads contract review, negotiations, and compliance for international and domestic transactions within the fluid handling industry. Prior to this role, Mark was General Counsel at In-House Advantage, where responsibilities included streamlining legal processes for commercial transactions. Earlier positions included Senior Counsel at Matthews & Associates, overseeing business consulting and civil litigation. Mark also has a long-standing academic career as a Professor of Law at various institutions, where a diverse array of law courses were taught. Mark holds a J.D. from BYU Law School and a BS in Business from Brigham Young University, complemented by an Associate degree from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
