Weston Sun is an experienced tax professional currently serving as the Director of Global Reporting at Celanese since September 2018, following a role as Senior Manager - Global Provision. Prior to Celanese, Weston worked at KMG as the Global Tax Manager, where responsibilities included designing and managing tax processes, optimizing global transfer pricing policy, and leading tax due diligence for M&A activities. Earlier experiences include roles as an International Tax Manager at EY and a Senior Associate at KPMG LLP. Weston began a career in finance as a Financial Analyst at Schaeffler Canada and started in the field as an Intern at Dario Battel Chartered Accountant. Academic qualifications include a Master’s in Taxation from the University of Waterloo, a Master’s in International Taxation from Golden Gate University, and a Bachelor’s degree from Western University.
