Alfred Mejia is an experienced professional in project management, processes, and strategy with over 10 years in the private sector. They held various roles at Claro RD from 2012 to 2013, including Senior Process Analyst and Process and Project Engineer, where they focused on process improvement and IT service management. At CEDIMAT, from 2018 to 2022, they served as Head of Programs and Projects, executing significant initiatives such as the development of the Centro Cardiovascular CEDIMAT, the region's most modern cardiovascular center. Alfred holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from Chang'an University and a Master's in Project Management from Escuela de Organización Industrial.
