Jody's professional career spans over two decades, beginning at Jordan, Jones & Goulding as a Water Resources Engineer and progressing through key roles at CDM Smith and Arcadis as Principal Water Resources Engineer and Project Manager. Responsibilities have included leading engineering teams and managing projects focusing on hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, design, and the preparation of construction plans for various water resource projects, including stream bank restorations and stormwater management systems.
