Caroline Cianni is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in proposal writing and leadership. Currently serving as Mega Pursuit Leader, Lead Marketing Writer, and Proposal Specialist at CDM Smith since January 2018, Caroline previously held roles as Senior Marketing and Proposal Specialist and Marketing Writer within the same organization. Prior to CDM Smith, Caroline was the Director of Operations at e4sciences | Earthworks, LLC from January 2011 to January 2018, and briefly worked as a Program Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin in late 2010. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Central Connecticut State University, earned between 2004 and 2009.
