Glenn Duncan is a commercially astute Senior Manager with over 20 years of experience in the education and training sector, currently serving as the Head of Learning Delivery - Trades at Skills Group. Previously, they held roles such as General Manager Industry Training at UP Education and Chief Operating Officer at Literacy Aotearoa. At BCITO, they led a team of around 300 professionals in providing training for over 20,000 apprentices. Glenn holds a Master of Business Administration from Auckland University of Technology, awarded with distinction.
