Jonathan Schultz, MD, MPH, is an Infectious Disease Physician with a strong background in public health and medical education. They served as the CDC-Kenya Malaria Program Director and have held various roles at the CDC, including Epidemic Intelligence Service Officer and Hubert Global Health Fellow. Jonathan completed residency in Internal Medicine-Pediatrics at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and earned their medical degree from the University of Iowa. Additionally, they were a research assistant at Emory University and volunteered with the Peace Corps as a Secondary Education and Community Health Volunteer. Currently, Jonathan holds the position of Lieutenant Commander in the Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service.
