Charles Plath currently serves as the Senior Director of Design & Research at CCC Intelligent Solutions, leading design initiatives in AI-powered workflows for the property and casualty insurance industry. Previously held positions include Director and Associate Director of Product Design in R&D, as well as Senior Manager of UX Design, focusing on applications in the insurtech space. Prior to CCC, Charles served as Director of User Experience Design at Instec, where a dedicated design practice was established. Experience also includes roles as Senior Interactive Designer at ePublishing and various consulting positions, contributing to the design of interfaces for high-profile clients. Charles Plath is pursuing a BA in Innovation in Society at Arizona State University and holds an AA in Illustration from the American Academy of Art.
