Robert Pace started their work experience at EY in 1994 as a Senior Tax Manager and worked there until 2004. Robert then joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Tax Director for a year. In 2005, they joined Total Holdings USA Inc as a Vice President of Tax and stayed there until 2014. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at M&G Resins USA, LLC as the Vice President of Tax. Currently, they are the Director of Tax at Corpus Christi Polymers LLC.

Robert Pace received their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Accounting and Business Honors from the Texas McCombs School of Business from 1989 to 1993. Robert then pursued a Master's degree in Accounting from the same institution from 1993 to 1994.
