Ajith John has extensive experience in cloud operations and IT service management, currently serving as Head of Cloud Operations & Shared Services at Cbus Super Fund since July 2018. In this role, Ajith leads the development of a resilient cloud technology platform while enhancing corporate tools to boost productivity for engineering teams. Previous roles at Cbus include Senior Cloud Engineering Manager and various managerial positions overseeing cloud services and corporate infrastructure. Prior to Cbus, Ajith spent 17 years at Open Universities Australia, where notable achievements included implementing a company-wide technical support system using the ITIL framework and managing incident coordination and ICT cost management. Ajith holds educational credentials from Victoria University and attended Princess Hill Secondary College.
