Wayne Beevers, MAI, is the Colorado Multifamily Valuation Practice Lead at CBRE, where they specialize in valuing multifamily properties, including conventional, student housing, and mixed-use developments. Wayne previously held positions as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser at East West Econometrics and as a Director at Apprise by Walker & Dunlop. They have also gained experience as a Research Associate at Sierra Commercial Real Estate and as Audit Staff at EKS&H. Wayne is currently pursuing an education at Hastings College.
