Vamshi KK Nakirekanti is a Senior Executive Director and Head of Valuation Services in India, as well as Head of Consulting and Valuations in South East Asia at CBRE. With extensive experience in real estate strategy formulation, valuation advisory, and feasibility assessment, Vamshi's expertise spans various real estate products, including commercial developments and multi-housing projects. Vamshi began their career as an Architect at BL Mantri & Associates and later served as a Consultant for Property Development at Delhi Metro Rail Corporation. They held a significant project leadership role at CBRE, leading the Valuation & Advisory Services division before advancing to their current position. Vamshi earned a Bachelor of Technology in Architecture from the National Institute of Technology Calicut and a Master in Planning from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi.
