Richard Smart is the Managing Director of London Markets at CBRE, where they currently lead efforts to deliver exceptional services and value to clients in the London property sector. With a background that includes roles as an Executive Director and UK Head of Advisory & Transactions at CBRE, as well as experience as a Chartered Surveyor at JLL, they have successfully driven major office and mixed-use developments in London. Richard began their career as a Graduate Trainee at Brown Cooper Marples Limited and is currently pursuing a BA in Accounting & Financial Studies at the University of Exeter, alongside a Post Graduate Diploma in Real Estate Management from London South Bank University.
