Mark Williams has extensive experience in project and operational management within finance and shared services. Beginning at Adecco Group as a Senior Business Project Manager, Mark successfully set up a Captive Shared Services Center in Sofia, Bulgaria. Mark later held significant roles at DHL as Global Finance Services Director, leading a team of over 130 people across APAC countries. At CBRE, Mark progressed through various positions, ultimately serving as Global Managing Director and Managing Director of APAC, where responsibilities included building and scaling a captive SSC from 40 to over 380 staff and overseeing a wide range of services across finance, accounting, HR operations, and technology functions for multiple countries. Mark's leadership in project development, process transformation, and system implementations has been pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency across the organizations.
