John Morris serves as the President of the Industrial Advisory Business at CBRE since November 2018, overseeing all Advisory and Transactions services for Occupier and Investor clients while managing over 800 Industrial professionals. Prior to CBRE, Morris led the Industrial Services for the Americas at Cushman & Wakefield from April 2005 to October 2018 and held the position of Partner in the Global Business Consulting division. Additional experience includes serving as EMD for the Industrial Asset Management Council and as a member of SIOR. Earlier in his career, Morris worked as a Manager at A.T. Kearney, specializing in supply chain and logistics. An MBA graduate from UCLA Anderson School of Management, Morris also holds a degree from Duke University.
