James M. Richards, Jr. is an Executive Vice President with CBRE's Debt & Structured Finance Group. They previously served as a Senior Vice President with Grandbridge Real Estate Capital LLC and a Principal at Live Oak Capital, Ltd. Before that, they spent 15 years as Managing Director at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, where they played a key role in loan originations and investor relations. James established the Upstate New York office for Holliday Fenoglio and has over 28 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and are currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Houston.
