Grace Tang is a retired actuary and total rewards professional with extensive experience in the benefits and compensation sectors. They held leadership roles at J.P. Morgan as Executive Director and Vice President across various functions in Asia Pacific from 2012 to 2016. Grace served as the Head of Total Rewards for CBRE in Asia Pacific from 2017 to 2018 and currently holds the position of Global Head of Total Rewards for Advisory Services at CBRE since 2020. Earlier in their career, Grace worked at Mercer as an actuary and benefits consultant from 1999 to 2004 and as a Senior Actuary and Benefits Consultant at Hewitt Associates LLC from 2005 to 2006. They are pursuing a BSc in Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics, and Economics at the University of Warwick.
