Adam Burch is the Senior Director and Deputy Chief Underwriter at CBRE, where they manage a team of underwriters and analysts, overseeing the underwriting of Fannie Mae DUS loan transactions exceeding $1 billion annually. Prior to this role, Adam gained experience as a Senior Analyst at Federal Capital Partners and as an Analyst Intern at the University of Virginia Foundation. Adam has also served in various underwriting positions at CBRE since 2019. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate at the University of Virginia.
