Jeff Beelman, CCXP, is a seasoned CX executive and evangelist with over 30 years of experience in contact center operations management. Previously, Jeff has held several senior roles, including Sr. Vice President at Aegon USA and Director of Customer Service/Technology at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield.
