Taylor O'Brien is a seasoned professional in the field of journalism, currently serving as a Newsreader and Reporter/Editor at CBC/Radio-Canada since October 2024. Previously held the title of Reporter/Editor at CBC/Radio-Canada from June 2023 to August 2024 and was awarded the 2024 CBC Joan Donaldson Scholarship. Academic experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant at Carleton University from September 2022 to April 2024 while pursuing a Master's degree in Journalism. Additional experience encompasses a role as a Political Reporter for The Hill Times in May 2023, and research responsibilities at Lakehead University as a Research Assistant from October 2021 to September 2022.
