Norma Saldana has been involved in process safety management since June 2013, serving as the Process Safety Management Manager at both Caviness Beef Packers and CSBeef Packers. Saldana obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in interdisciplinary studies from Wayland Baptist University, where studies were completed between 1990 and 2008. Earlier education was completed at Kress High School, graduating in 1990.
