Sara Massey is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-S) and Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC) with a strong commitment to addressing trauma-related disorders and assisting individuals in achieving their goals. Currently a third-year Ph.D. student at Cleveland State University, Sara focuses on research involving juvenile justice, compound trauma, and effective interventions for addiction and mental health. They serve as a clinical supervisor for outpatient substance use disorder and mental health programs at Catholic Charities and work as a contracted clinician for New Leaf LLC. Their previous experience includes positions at the Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court, The Nord Center, and Christian Children’s Home of Ohio.
