Andrea Santiago, Ph.D., currently serves as an Outpatient Therapist at Catholic Charities Serving Central Washington since August 2023. Previously, from January 2022 to August 2023, Andrea was a Project Manager at Tu Recobro, coordinating workers' health and compensation services. Prior roles include Program Manager at Catholic Charities Diocese of Saint Pete, where Andrea maintained a 100% occupancy rate in subsidized homes, and Therapist positions at Springbrook Hospital, achieving over 70% client stability post-program. Andrea has also supervised social rehabilitation programs at Gracepoint Wellness and directed an intensive outpatient program at CEC International, achieving notable success rates and program certifications. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Capella University and an MS in Mental Health Counseling from Springfield College.
