Dianne Wheaton Cappiello, PhD, SHRM-CP, is the Workforce and Agency Initiatives Director at Catholic Charities of Broome County, where they focus on empowering individuals to reach their potential. They have experience as a Teaching Assistant at Cornell University, where they designed and taught a first-year writing seminar and analyzed research material. Previously, Dianne held various roles in human resources and compliance, notably as a Human Resources Manager at AVRE and a Compliance Analyst at McNeil and Company. They also served as a lecturer at multiple institutions, including SUNY Broome and State University of New York Empire State College.
