Scott LeMasters has over two decades of experience in logistics and operational management. Currently serving as a Parts Operations Consultant for Caterpillar Inc. since June 2018, Scott previously held the position of Staff Analyst for Inventory Control. Prior to Caterpillar, Scott worked at Neovia Logistics in various roles, including Program Launch & Operational Excellence Manager and Senior Manager. Before that, Scott was a Logistics Manager at Caterpillar Logistics Inc. and began a career as a Software Engineer at Advanced Information Services. Scott holds a Bachelor's degree from Illinois State University, earned between 1995 and 1997, and graduated from Dunlap High School in 1992.
