Richard Marsh is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience spanning various roles in the engineering sector. Beginning as a Mechanical Engineer at Drill Cool Systems, Richard was instrumental in the installation and maintenance of drilling fluid cooling systems and advanced modeling for heat exchanger systems. Following this, Richard served as a Research Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology, focusing on innovative mechanical enhancement processes for aerospace materials, with sponsorship from Boeing. Richard's career progressed at Caterpillar Inc., where initial roles included Six Sigma Black Belt and Manufacturing Research Engineer, ultimately advancing to Manufacturing Engineering Manager.
