Steve Malnight is the President and Managing Partner of Catalyst Energy Partners, a role they began in 2022, focusing on renewable energy development and optimization. Prior to this, they served as the CEO and President of Duquesne Light Company, where they successfully led the organization through the COVID-19 pandemic while enhancing diversity and inclusion initiatives. With extensive experience in energy strategy and regulatory affairs, Steve has held various leadership roles across major companies, including Pacific Gas and Electric and Air Products and Chemicals. They earned an MBA with high honors from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame.
