Richard Hurtley is a three-time founder and commercial strategist who currently serves as founder and managing director of Catalyst Commerce and as fractional commercial director at Coral Eyewear. They co-founded Rich Insight in 2014 and led its marketplace growth work through 2024. Their past roles include board observer at Joules (2010–2012), co-founder and chairman of UKFT Rise (2013–2017), and board member of the UK Fashion and Textile Association (2013–2017), with an External Advisor role at the University of Westminster in 2017. They earned a BA from the University of Exeter (2004–2007).
