Paul Alexander, P.E. is an experienced advanced manufacturing leader with nearly three decades in the life sciences and semiconductor industries, focusing on all aspects of a facilities lifecycle. They have been responsible for developing and driving global operations strategy across 32 manufacturing plants, leading site operations, continuous improvement, and engineering. Paul has held positions such as Sr. Engineering and Facilities Manager at Aptuit and Sr. Engineer at Black & Veatch, and is currently serving as Sr. Manufacturing Operations Director at Catalent Pharma Solutions. They are pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Kansas.
