Eric Birkenholtz, LSSBB, is the current Director of Continuous Improvement at Casey's and has held various leadership positions in business process management. Previously, Eric served as the Director of Business Process Management at F&G and the Vice President, Lead Strategy & Planning Consultant at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, where they led significant automation strategies and enhanced operational efficiency. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Central College.
