Carlos Romero, MS, PCQI, is the Director of Operations and Regulatory Affairs at Cascade Columbia Dist Co, where they leverage their food engineering background and over nine years of experience in operations management and regulatory affairs. In previous roles, Carlos established food safety programs, improved client satisfaction rates, and managed significant supplier transitions. They hold a Master’s degree in Global Supply Chain Management from the University of Alaska Anchorage and a Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering from Fundación Universidad de Bogotá 'Jorge Tadeo Lozano'.
