Stéfen Bompais has over 15 years of experience in operational and functional leadership within complex and transformative environments. Currently, Bompais serves as the Director of Internal Communication and Diversity & Inclusion at Carrefour, where they also act as the group’s spokesperson on consumer and social innovation topics. Previously, Bompais held various roles at Carrefour, including Director of Hypermarkets and Director of Customer Experience for Hypermarkets in France. Additionally, Bompais worked at SNCF, managing customer relations and promoting TGV services. Bompais completed an Executive Program in Leadership at ESCP Business School in 2021.
