Todd B. Bland is a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach at Carney, Sandoe & Associates since 2024. Previously, they served as Head of School at Milton Academy from 2009 to 2023 and held the role of Interim Head of School at The Seven Hills School from 2007 to 2009. Earlier in their career, they were the Director of Admissions and Financial Aid at Belmont Hill School from 1996 to 2000. Todd earned a Master of Education from Harvard University in 2001 and a Bachelor's degree from Bowdoin College in 1990.
