Esther Brooks started their work experience in 1997 as a Senior Auditor at KPMG US. Esther then joined Carlson Capital, L.P. in 2001 as Vice President of Operations, where they currently hold the position.

Esther Brooks completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting at Baylor University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting at Baylor University, which they finished in 1997.
