Benjamin Højer Hoffmann is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in design management and consultancy. Currently serving as Design Manager at Carlsberg Group since July 2010, Benjamin also founded a design consultancy in January 2010. Previous roles include Design Innovator at The Coca-Cola Company from February 2005 to December 2009, overseeing Europe-wide design initiatives, and owner of a freelance graphic design consultancy, Akkurat, from June 2001 to January 2005. Benjamin commenced a career in graphic design as a designer at Elsass Wagn & O. A/S from April 1999 to May 2001. Educationally, Benjamin holds a Master in Design from KADK (2013-2015) and is a Certified Option Process® Mentor-Counselor, having studied at The Option Institute from 2005 to 2007.
