Brian Barnes, MBA, has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resource information systems management within the healthcare sector, particularly at Carle Health since March 2009. As Manager of HRIS Technology Solutions and previously in various talent acquisition roles, including Talent Acquisition Manager and Supervisor, Brian has developed comprehensive recruitment strategies, spearheaded the acquisition of nursing talent, and managed vendor relationships while emphasizing diversity and inclusion. Brian's leadership has led to a significant increase in experienced Registered Nurse hires and the implementation of international recruitment strategies. Prior to Carle Health, Brian served as House Manager at Krannert Center for the Performing Arts and conducted undergraduate research at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Brian holds an MBA in Applied Management from Eastern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology and Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
