Arian Kriesch is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in advanced technology development, particularly in semiconductor lithography and coating technology. Arian has held key positions at ZEISS Group since May 2018, currently serving as Senior Project Manager for Pre-Development and Resident at imec Belgium, where Arian drives technology innovations for next-generation lithography systems. As Head of Coating EUV Modules, Arian successfully led the establishment and management of a high-performance R&D team focused on developing next-generation microchip lithography coatings.
