Tor Kemps is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development, currently serving as the VP of Learning & Development. They began their career as a Learning & Development Specialist at KBC and Toyota Motor Europe, before progressing to Director of Global Talent Management & Well-being at Euroclear. Tor then held various leadership roles at Cargill, including EMEA Talent Performance Lead and EMEA HR Lead. They possess an extensive educational background, including an Executive MBA and a PhD in Management from Vlerick Business School, where they are currently pursuing their doctorate.
