Rose Woolstencroft is an experienced HR professional who has held various roles at Cargill from 2001 to 2023, including HR Manager, Global Project Manager for Global HR Solutions, and EMEA HR Manager for IT. Rose has also served as an HR Shared Services Integration Lead and EMEA L&D Program & Project Lead. In addition to a rich career in human resources, Rose completed co-active coach training at the Coaches Training Institute from 2014 to 2016 and earned an IPM Post-Grad Diploma from the University of South Wales in 1987.
