Cyril Lemoine is currently the Industry Manager at Cargill, where they manage a portfolio of rheology modifiers and emulsifiers. Previously, they held various roles at L'Or¨¦al, including Lab Development Project Manager for deodorants and antiperspirants, where they researched new efficacy methods. Cyril also served as R&I Director of Development at Groupe Rocher and R&D General Manager at Li & Fung Asia, overseeing teams and product development in cosmetics and skincare.
