Alvin Chen is a Senior Regional M&A Executive currently serving as the Head of APAC Corporate Development at Cargill, where they lead all M&A and joint venture activities across the region. With over 20 years of experience, Alvin has held leadership positions at Reckitt Benckiser and Philips Lighting, managing significant transactions in agriculture, consumer health, and industrial sectors. Previously, they worked at KPMG China, Cisco JV - City Cloud International, and EY, where they developed a robust expertise in deal advisory and financial analysis. Alvin earned a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Manchester.
