Melissa Crimm has extensive experience in the dental industry, holding various leadership roles focused on customer excellence and operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Excellence at CareStackā¢ since May 2022, Melissa has previously held multiple positions there including Director of Customer Excellence and Director of Enterprise Implementation Services. Prior to CareStackā¢, Melissa was Vice President of Operations and Regional Director of Operations at Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners from July 2019 to May 2022. Additional roles include Regional Manager positions at Pacific Dental Services and Great Expressions Dental Centers, as well as Dental Office Manager at Smile Workshop and Eric Bess, DDS. Melissa began their career as a Surgical Assistant at Northern Texas Facial and Oral Surgery, P.A., gaining a comprehensive understanding of dental practice management. Melissa's educational background includes studies at Tarrant County College.
