Sophiea Roache, BS RN CCM/MCG Certified, is the Director of Clinical Performance Excellence at CareSource, where they focus on developing efficient healthcare programs that improve quality outcomes for vulnerable populations. With diverse experience in the managed healthcare industry, Sophiea has held various leadership roles, including Manager II of Utilization Review at Anthem, Inc., and Clinical Manager of Medicaid Learning and Performance at Aetna. They have a strong background in project management and team development, consistently motivating high-performance teams and advocating for innovative change. Sophiea earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in English/Education from Rowan University and is currently pursuing an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Camden County College.
