Dave Fife is an accomplished healthcare leader serving as Vice President of Quality and Health Outcomes at CareOregon since April 2021, where responsibilities include leading population health management and quality teams. Previous roles include Director of Population Health for a health plan centered on Medicaid and Medicare families, and Director of Value Based Care and Population Health at Spectrum Health, where significant improvements in care delivery were achieved. Dave has also worked as a Senior Consultant at Nordic Consulting Partners, a Business Analyst at Michigan Medicine, and held various academic positions at Brigham Young University. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Health Management and Policy from the University of Michigan and two Master’s Degrees in English from Brigham Young University.
