Helen Ferguson is a Deputy Director of Delivery at the Care Quality Commission, where they have worked since 2022. Previously, they served in various management roles at Northumbria Police from 2007 to 2013, and as a Claims Manager at Zurich Financial Services from 1994 to 2007.
