Neha Gupta is an experienced quality control manager at Care Insurance since June 2019, responsible for conducting audits across 36 departments and ensuring compliance with various ISO standards. Previously, Neha worked as an Operations Executive at Religare Health Insurance from April 2018 to June 2019 and served as a Senior Executive in Quality and Training for Life Insurance at Easypolicy Insurance Web Aggregators Pvt. Ltd. from January 2014 to March 2018. In the latter role, Neha managed training sessions, conducted training needs assessments, and oversaw quality metrics for new hires and existing staff, while handling a team of 60-70 customer service representatives. Neha holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Finance from Shree Bankey Bihari Institute of Management and a B.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj University.
