Carolyn Meagher is an experienced human resources executive with a proven track record in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of People & Talent at Care Access, Carolyn oversees the People & Talent functions for approximately 1,000 employees. Prior roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Ascend Learning, where Carolyn drove talent strategies for growth functions, and Executive Director of Talent Management at AMAG Pharmaceuticals, where a new Talent Management Center of Excellence was established. Carolyn's background also includes strategic HR positions at Thermo Fisher Scientific and GE, complemented by educational achievements from Cornell University and the Darla Moore School of Business.
