Taylor Walker currently serves as a Business Office Specialist and has held multiple roles, including Business Office Manager and HR Interim/Health Surveillance Coordinator, at CarDon & Associates since June 2021. In these positions, Taylor gained intermediate knowledge of ADP, electronic health records, and Ascend, with the initial exposure to long-term care through the HR interim role. Prior experience includes serving as a Development Coach and a Finance and Marketing Intern at DistinXion from May 2019 to June 2021, where Taylor took on leadership responsibilities, notably as logistics director for a summer program. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Indiana University Bloomington, earned in 2021.
